Huyen Thi-Thanh Pham

Huyen Thi-Thanh Pham is an accomplished digital transformation professional with extensive experience in supply chain and project management. Currently serving as the Digital Transformation Director at Rochdale Spears Group since November 2024, Huyen previously held the position of Head of Digital Supply Chain at HEINEKEN Vietnam from October 2019 to October 2024. Prior roles include Project Lead at FrieslandCampina, overseeing SAP implementation, Country Project Manager at Unilever, and Advisory Manager at EY, where responsibility included PMO and system implementation project management. Huyen began a career as an Oracle ERP Consultant at HPT. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology.
