Caron Zhao

Caron Zhao is a highly experienced engineering leader with a strong background in transforming and modernizing technology platforms across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Roche since December 2024, Caron previously held the position of CTO at Finture, where leadership was provided to global engineering teams and significant advancements were made in FinTech platform modernization and compliance with regulatory standards. Prior roles include Director and Head of Engineering for StubHub in China, where Caron expanded the team and led critical modernization projects. Caron's extensive experience also includes key engineering and architectural roles at eBay and HP, overseeing large teams and delivering multiple product releases in complex environments. Caron holds a degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
