Celine Bouquet

Celine Bouquet has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, currently serving as the Neuroscience, Ophthalmology, and Rare Diseases Pharma Partnering Head at Roche since January 2012. In various senior roles, Celine has led strategy, governance, and portfolio management for global business development in these therapeutic areas, overseeing alliances from early discovery to Phase 2 trials. Previously, Celine was instrumental in establishing the Roche Institute for Research and Translational Medicine in France, focusing on external innovation collaborations. Celine's academic background includes a PhD in Neuroscience and postdoctoral training in Neurobiology, complemented by management training at INSEAD. Celine's career also includes roles in business development and project management at Inserm Transfert and UCSF, along with experience as a communication consultant.
