Dara Pincas

Dara Pincas currently serves as the Global Head of Legal at Roche Pharmaceuticals since July 2023. Prior to this role, Dara held the position of Vice President and Head of Healthcare Law at Genentech from May 2016 to July 2023, becoming a Genentech Officer in March 2022. Dara’s extensive legal career includes various roles at Pfizer from August 2004 to April 2016, where responsibilities included Regional Legal Director for Emerging Markets Europe and Chief Compliance Officer for Israel. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Associate at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP, an Attorney Advisor to an FTC Commissioner, a Senior Antitrust Attorney at the Federal Trade Commission, and a Federal Prosecutor at the National Labor Relations Board. Dara also completed a clerkship in the Office of Counsel to the President at The White House in 1996. Educational credentials comprise a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, a B.A. in Philosophy from Tufts University, and an International Baccalaureate from the United Nations International School.
