Meetu Goel

Meetu Goel is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Site HR Head for People & Culture at Roche Information Solutions, leading HR operations for the Roche Digital Center. Prior experience includes roles as Cluster Head HR for Roche Diagnostics and Global Center of Excellence Lead for Learning, Leadership, and Talent at Marico Limited. Prior to that, Meetu worked as Associate Director at Deloitte Consulting focused on Human Capital Advisory and held leadership positions at Korn Ferry Hay Group and People Business Consulting. Additional experience includes talent management roles at HCL Enterprise and Reliance Energy. Meetu Goel holds a Master of Science in Psychology of Work and Occupational Psychology from the University of Leicester and a B.Tech (Hons.) in Electrical Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University.
