Kelly Myers, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Human Resources Director at Rochester Optical since April 2019, overseeing human capital programs across multiple states with responsibilities including employee relations, recruitment, HRIS administration, and culture enhancement. Prior experience includes roles as On-Site Human Resources Consultant at HR Works, Inc., Director of Human Resources at Morgan Communities, Regional Human Resources Director at GateHouse Media, and Human Resources Director at Kessler Group, Inc., where extensive human resources management was implemented for numerous employees across various sectors. Kelly holds advanced certifications from the Society of Human Resource Management and the HR Certification Institute, as well as a degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
