Anthony Calabrese

Anthony Calabrese is an experienced musician and educator with a diverse background in percussion performance and music instruction. Currently serving as Auditorium Manager at Waterloo Central School since December 2021, Calabrese also participates in the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra Marimba Band and holds the position of Timpanist/Percussionist at Geneva Light Opera since 2015. Additionally, Calabrese has worked as a substitute percussionist with Symphoria and has experience as a freelance musical director and conductor for various theatrical productions. Previous roles include teaching assistant at Geneva City School District and Director of Percussion Ensemble at Hobart and William Smith Colleges. With an educational foundation from prestigious institutions such as Northwestern University and the Eastman School of Music, Calabrese holds advanced degrees in percussion performance.
