Ross Lanzafame

Ross Lanzafame is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health care law and non-profit governance. Currently serving as Principal at Leading Edge Advising & Development, LLC since October 2020, Ross's mission focuses on empowering Board leaders and non-profit organizations through effective governance. In addition to this role, Ross is the Chair of the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra and has held various leadership positions at Harter Secrest & Emery LLP, providing legal counsel to health care providers on regulatory matters. Ross has also contributed significantly to organizations like the Flower City Arts Center and the American Lung Association, where leadership roles included Interim Executive Director and Chair of the National Board of Directors. Educational credentials include a JD from the University at Buffalo School of Law, an MPS in Hospital and Health Services Administration from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, and a BS in Biology from Cornell University.
