Josh Mason

Josh Mason has over a decade of experience in utility management and energy services. Currently serving as the Interim Manager of Utility Programs & Services at Rochester Public Utilities since April 2018, Josh previously worked as an Energy Services Specialist at Detroit Lakes Public Utilities from October 2012 to April 2018. Earlier roles include Field Rater at Residential Science Resources, LLC, and Energy Conservation Specialist at Sustainable Resources Center. Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies with a concentration in Policy and Management from the University of Minnesota Duluth and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the same institution, expected to complete in November 2026.
