David Morton

David Morton serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of Yojee since March 2020, overseeing a cloud-based logistics platform. Concurrently, David has been an Advisor for the Asia Pacific region at the Helsinki Foundation since September 2018. Previously, David held various senior roles at HSBC from April 2002 to March 2020, including Managing Director and Head of Corporate, Financials, and Multinationals Banking for Asia-Pacific, where responsibilities encompassed portfolio management and revenue growth across the region. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Business Studies from Victoria University and completion of the Graduate of Company Directors course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
