Catherine Orlandi

Catherine Orlandi is a seasoned professional in customer experience and success, currently serving as the VP of Customer Experience at RocketRez. Prior to this role, Catherine held significant positions at CM Group, including VP of Enterprise Customer Success following the acquisition of Sailthru, as well as Senior Director of Global Customer Success and Senior Director of Customer Success for North America at Sailthru. Catherine's earlier career includes roles as an Account Executive at SutherlandGold Group and Elevate Communications, and an Assistant Account Executive at Krause Advertising. Catherine earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from The University of Texas at Austin in 2008.
