The Engineering team at Rockland Flooring is responsible for optimizing the design, development, and manufacturing processes of our high-performance laminated oak flooring products. Team members, including the Plant Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, and Process Control specialist, collaborate to enhance product strength, reduce weight, ensure safety, and minimize maintenance costs. They play a crucial role in driving innovation and efficiency across our four strategically located plants, serving the needs of OEMs and fleets worldwide.
