Oscar Saenz

Oscar Saenz is a maintenance planning professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Maintenance Planning Head at Rockwell Automation since April 2023, Oscar previously held the position of Head of Maintenance at ARZYZ from December 2022 to April 2023. Prior to that, Oscar was the Maintenance Planning Head at Bachoco from August 2018 to December 2022, where responsibilities included programming corrective, preventive, and predictive activities, as well as managing investments for new and updated equipment. Oscar's career began at Nemak, where from June 2014 to August 2018, roles included Maintenance Planner and Inventory Analyst, focusing on maintenance planning, equipment startup management, and global inventory projects. Oscar also gained early experience as a Practicante at Nemak from November 2010 to April 2014, supporting maintenance methods and critical spare parts definition. Oscar holds a degree from the Facultad de Ingenieria Mecanica y Electrica and a technical diploma in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration from Escuela Industrial Alvaro Obregon.
