Connie Enghus Theisen

Connie Enghus has extensive experience in leadership and stakeholder engagement within the ROCKWOOL Group, having held various senior positions since August 1994, including Senior Group Advisor, Director of Stakeholder Engagement, and Corporate CSR and Sustainability Director. In addition to the roles at ROCKWOOL, Connie serves on the Advisory Council for AktivPlus e.V. and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Active House Alliance. Other notable positions include supervisory board member for the Rockwool Foundation and employee representative, along with past roles at Rockwool International A/S and Visionnet. Connie's educational background includes a Master of Arts in German and English, a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, and various leadership and strategic management certifications from prestigious institutions.
