Anna Messinger

Anna Messinger is an experienced professional in healthcare strategy and program management, currently serving as a Strategy and Program Manager at Rocky Mountain Health Plans since October 2015. In this role, Anna facilitates social needs programs aimed at improving population health, manages community investment budgets, and drives health equity strategies. Previous positions include Clinical Quality Program Manager and Clinical Quality Performance Consultant, where Anna directed quality workgroups, collaborated on clinical program reform, and launched consultative services for primary care practices.
