Ron Leff

Ron Leff is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Assistant Principal of Operations at Rocky Mountain Prep since August 2023. Previously, Ron held the same title at STRIVE Prep from June 2022 to September 2023, where the focus was on designing systems to support campus culture and compliance with regulations. Ron's earlier roles include Director of Education at Temple Sinai and Temple Emanuel, supervising diverse educational programs and administration for various age groups, and Director of Youth and Education at Adat Shalom Synagogue, where innovative curricula and financial systems for a large student body were developed. Ron Leff holds a Master of Education from American Jewish University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Wayne State University.
