Daan Thorn Leeson

Daan Thorn Leeson possesses extensive experience in the fields of innovation and product development within the personal care and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Innovation and Formulation at Rodan + Fields since January 2023, Daan has held previous senior roles at Amyris, Zymergen, Lonza, Avon, Unilever, and Los Alamos National Laboratory. Daan's career includes significant positions such as Global Head of Personal Care Technology at Lonza and Senior Research Fellow at Avon, demonstrating a strong track record in leading R&D initiatives. Daan holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Groningen, complemented by an MSc in Chemistry from Leiden University.
