Lauren Caldwell Dukes

Lauren Caldwell Dukes is an experienced educator and consultant with a diverse background in special education and direct sales marketing. Currently serving as a Level I Executive Consultant at Rodan + Fields since December 2014, Lauren assists individuals in selecting tailored skin care regimens. As the Special Education Department Chair at North Augusta High School and a Special Education Teacher at Aiken County Public Schools, Lauren oversees instructors and supports high school students with varying disabilities. Additionally, Lauren advises over 200 students as the Senior High Advisor for The National Beta Club and holds various leadership roles within the Alpha Delta Pi Sorority. Education includes a Master’s in Educational Leadership and Administration from Augusta University and a Bachelor’s in Special Education from the College of Charleston.
