Mitra McNally

Mitra McNally is an experienced professional in training, development, and human resources, currently serving as a Level II Executive Independent Consultant at Rodan + Fields since November 2018. In parallel, Mitra has been a Pro Bono Consultant with Taproot Foundation since February 2013, focusing on performance management, HR capacity building, board recruitment, and strategic staff development for non-profits. Previous roles include VP of Talent Development Partner at California Bank & Trust, where Mitra collaborated on organizational development and designed learning programs, and Director of People Development at Premier Concepts, responsible for a team of over 200 associates.
