Shona Dickie

Shona Dickie has extensive experience in community support services and organizational development, currently serving as an Independent Consultant with Rodan + Fields since November 2017. From October 2007 to March 2021, Shona held the position of Superintendent of Community Support Services at the City of Medicine Hat, where responsibilities included FCSS Director, Emergency Social Services coordinator, and various supervisory roles related to community programs. Additionally, Shona has worked as an Organizational Development Consultant during a temporary secondment. Previous roles include Quality Assurance Director and Program Director at Aimhi Prince George from October 2005 to October 2007. Shona's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Adler University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Lethbridge.
