Matthew Wessel

Matthew Wessel is an experienced professional in landscape architecture and environmental management, currently serving as Senior Director of Regulatory at Rodgers Consulting since July 2015. Prior to this role, Matthew held the position of Director of Natural Resources at Straughan Environmental, Inc. from July 2014 to June 2015, and spent nearly a decade at Rodgers Consulting as a Landscape Architect from 2005 to 2014. Matthew's early experience includes working as a Landscape Architect at Greenhorne & O'Mara, Inc. from 2001 to 2005 and as a Landscape Designer at Slater Associates, Inc. from 1998 to 2001. Matthew earned a Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Maryland and a Master of Science in Environmental Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
