Keith Barnes

Keith Barnes is an experienced executive with a strong background in corporate leadership and governance. Currently serving as the Chairman of the Compensation Committee and a member of the GNC Committee at Knowles Corporation, as well as a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of Compensation at Rogers, Barnes has held significant roles at multiple organizations. Additionally, Barnes is a Director at Viavi, where responsibilities include chairing the Compensation Committee and serving on the Audit and N&G Committees. Previously, Barnes was the Chairman and CEO of Verigy Ltd., a public company manufacturing semiconductor capital equipment, and also led the Semiconductor Automatic Test Equipment group at Agilent Technologies prior to Verigy’s public offering. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, San Jose, and specialized training from Stanford University's Director's College in Law.
