Nelson Sanz

Nelson Sanz serves as the Sr. Preconstruction Manager at Rogers-O'Brien Construction since 2011, leading a team in preplanning, value management, and budgeting for projects exceeding $200 million. Responsibilities include directing the bidding and cost estimating processes, engaging with clients and design teams to assess project needs, facilitating constructability reviews with the Operations team, and collaborating with Marketing on strategic pursuits and RFP responses. Prior to this role, Nelson Sanz worked as a Project Manager in the Special Projects/Interiors Division at Turner Construction from 2001 to 2009, where oversight extended from bid preparation to final occupancy, ensuring effective communication with clients, consultants, and building management. Nelson Sanz earned a B.S. in Materials Science & Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2001.
