Tom Fanelli

Tom Fanelli, CM, is an experienced professional specializing in workforce development and training. Currently serving as the Workforce Development Manager at Rogue Community Health since July 2022, prior roles include Customer Communications Manager at Lithia Motors, Inc., and Senior EPIC Principal Trainer/Team Lead at Asante Health Systems, where Tom led a team of trainers and contributed significantly to clinician training and eLearning development. Tom has also worked as an Adjunct Faculty member at Klamath Community College and held the position of Training Manager at JELD-WEN, where responsibilities included curriculum development and management training programs. Tom holds a Master of Science in Technology, Training & Development, and a B.S. in Career and Organizational Studies from Eastern Illinois University.
