Abby Apodaca

Abby Apodaca currently serves as a Management/Soft Skills Trainer and AVP of Member Service at Rogue Credit Union since January 2021. Prior experience includes multiple leadership roles at Malheur Federal Credit Union from March 2009 to December 2020, where Abby held titles such as VP of Member Service, AVP of Operations, Collection Manager, and Loan Officer. Abby's educational background includes a Master of Education in Education Technology & Instructional Design from Western Governors University, anticipated graduation in November 2025, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Leadership, Organization, and Management from Eastern Oregon University, and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Treasure Valley Community College. Additional professional development includes attendance at the Western CUNA Management School from 2018 to 2020.
