Omar Agar

Omar Agar is a Senior Mobile Network Test Engineer at Rohde & Schwarz since May 2024, focusing on Acceptance, Sanity, and Regression tests for Nestor software, alongside configuring platforms for cellular network analysis. Prior to this role, Omar worked as a Test and Certification Engineer at Verimatrix from March 2017 to May 2024, performing device integration tests for security in IPTV, OTT, and DVB clients. Omar's experience also includes a position as a Validation Engineer at Telnet from May 2015 to January 2017, validating embedded software for residential gateways. Earlier internships include roles at NEXT STEP IT, Tunisie Télécom, and Cap-Bon Electronique, where Omar gained experience in network monitoring, Java application development, and Point of Sale solutions. Omar holds a National Diploma of Engineering in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from INSAT and a Baccalaureate in Experimental Sciences from Nabeul Pioneer School.
