Carol Mortimer has over 28 years of experience in Supply Chain and Materials Management, specializing in various areas such as Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Inventory Control, Contracts, and End User training. Currently serving as an ERP SCM Senior Consultant at ROI Healthcare Solutions, LLC since July 2022, Carol focuses on maximizing efficiency and value for healthcare providers through ERP, EHR, and Revenue Cycle technology. Prior roles include multiple senior consultant positions at Atos, Conduent, Xerox, and ACS Healthcare Solutions, with significant contributions to migrating clients from legacy systems to new ERP applications. Additionally, Carol owned and operated a small women-owned business, Phoenix Associates of OKC, Inc., from 2006 to 2014. Carol’s educational background includes studies at the University of Phoenix from 1981 to 1983.
