Olga Balitskaia

Olga Balitskaia, SPHRi, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the automotive and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at ROLF since June 2017, Olga has played a key role in developing HR strategies, talent acquisition, and performance management for the leading automotive retailer in the Russian market. Prior to this, Olga held the position of Group Human Resources Director at Avilon AG, where significant restructuring efforts led to a reduction in payroll expenses. Previous roles include HR Director in CIS at Acronis, HR Business Partner at ROLF, and Head of Recruiting at Absolut Bank. Olga holds a Master's degree in Economics from Altai State Technical University and has furthered professional development through various educational programs.
