Martina Starke

Martina Starke currently serves as the General Manager of Design Bespoke Rolls-Royce at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars since April 2024. Prior to this role, Martina held the position of Studio Director at Designworks, a BMW Group Company, from July 2019 to March 2024. Martina's longstanding career at BMW Group spanned from April 2001 to July 2019, where various titles included Head of BMW Brand Vision and BMW Brand Design, as well as Head of Colour & Materials across multiple divisions including BMW, BMW M, and BMW i. Martina also served as Designmanager for Colour & Materials for several BMW series and began as a Designer in Colour & Materials.
