Brooke Firestine

Brooke Firestine is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a focus on the Americas region and a background in defense recruitment. Currently serving as the Regional Head of Talent Acquisition for Rolls-Royce, Brooke has held several key positions including Global Resourcing Business Partner for Defence and Talent Acquisition Manager for the Americas. Prior experience includes roles as a recruiter at MANAGEMENT RECRUITERS OF INDIANAPOLIS and ONEX, Inc. Brooke obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington and graduated with a high school diploma from Northrop High School.
