Jon Gregory

Jon Gregory has extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sectors, having worked at Rolls-Royce since January 1993 in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief of Technology for Sub-System & Component in UK Defence, Jon Gregory oversees the development of strategies that align technology with product requirements. Previous roles include Head of Combustion, Turbines & Exhausts, and Chief of Combustion R&T, where responsibilities encompassed research, product development, and in-service support for gas-turbine technologies. Jon Gregory’s early career began with an Engineering Apprenticeship at Dowty Aerospace, followed by a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Southampton.
