Roxy King

Roxy King is an accomplished music industry professional currently serving as A&R Director at Universal Music Publishing Group since May 2021 and as Co-Founder of Writers Room U, an educational program launched in January 2021 that connects professional songwriters with K-12 schools to enhance music education. Prior experience includes holding the position of Music Publishing A&R Manager at Concord from August 2018 to May 2021, and Social Media Manager at Nellie’s Southern Kitchen from September 2015 to August 2018. Roxy's background also encompasses roles in publishing operations, creative positions, business development, and internships within notable organizations such as Songtrust, Glassnote Entertainment Group, Atlantic Records, and Warner Bros. Entertainment. Roxy holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Business from New York University, earned from 2014 to 2017.
