Ale Ayestarán

Ale Ayestarán is an experienced executive with a robust background in growth, operations, and strategy. Currently serving as an Executive Advisor at Roofstock since June 2024, Ayestarán provides strategic guidance to the C-suite. Prior roles include Chief Operating Officer and Chief Business Officer at Mynd from 2020 to June 2024, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end P&L and operational leadership. At Shift Technologies, Inc., from 2015 to 2020, Ayestarán's initiatives contributed significantly to the company's growth during its transition from series A to public-market debut.
