Ilona Kramer is an experienced professional in the field of public policy and nonprofit management, currently serving as Chief of Staff and Coordinated Campaign Director at Everytown for Gun Safety since September 2021, and previously as Chief of Staff to Shannon Watts at Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America.
