Tom Garcia

Tom Garcia is a seasoned professional in the engineering and operations sectors, currently serving as the Hardware Director at ROOSTER® Asset Tracking, where responsibilities include leading product development and managing hardware design and supply chain roadmaps. Previously, Tom held the position of Director of Operations for API Technologies, overseeing P&L ownership and directing operational planning and safety across various departments. Tom's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Cobham Inmet/Aeroflex Inmet and Motorola, where contributions to strategic planning and significant engineering projects were recognized with multiple internal awards. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University and has continued education through various programs.
