Eduardo Briceño

Eduardo Briceño is a prominent keynote speaker and facilitator at Growth.how™ since 2012, specializing in growth mindset and leadership. In September 2023, Eduardo authored "The Performance Paradox," which emphasizes integrating learning into daily performance. Serving on the Board of Directors for Root Capital since September 2024, Eduardo supports the transformation of rural communities globally through sustainable investments. As a Fellow in the Aspen Global Leadership Network since February 2019, Eduardo engages with leaders across sectors to address pressing societal challenges. Previously, Eduardo co-founded and led Mindset Works from 2007 to 2020, offering programs to foster growth mindset cultures.
