Allen Ward

Allen Ward is a seasoned leadership coach and business owner at Praetorian Performance Consulting, providing expertise in leadership consulting and tactical weapons handling since 2023. Currently serving as a leadership coach at ROPE Solutions, LLC, Allen focuses on enhancing performance across various leadership topics. As a background investigator for ADC LTD NM since 2022, Allen conducts comprehensive investigations for federal security clearance evaluations. Additionally, Allen has been a course instructor in Leadership Development at Mississippi Delta Community College since 2012. Prior to these roles, Allen retired as a Major from the Mississippi Department of Public Safety, overseeing enforcement activities and strategic planning, and served as a scout sniper team leader in the United States Marine Corps from 1989 to 1997.
