Through its distribution center, the Company provides drugs, food supplements, skin cosmetics and other products. It manufactures pharmaceutical products under the brand names Aesculap, Bioef and Eurofarmaco. As of December 31, 2011, Ropharma SA had six subsidiaries: Romanita-Farm Srl, Ropharma Production Srl, Aesculap Prod Srl, Ergo Farm Srl, Drops Farm Srl and Europharm Trading 7 SA.
