Antoine Barre

Antoine BARRE is an accomplished professional in the food industry with extensive experience in flavor and ingredient development for the confectionery sector. Currently serving as Global Technical Developer at Roquette since January 2016, Antoine focuses on capturing customer insights during the innovation phase. Previously held the role of Market Development Manager from July 2005 to February 2013 at Roquette, where management of international development projects centered on healthier confectionery options took place. Antoine’s earlier positions include Food Engineer at Danone, Global Product Manager at Food Ingredient Specialities, and various roles at Givaudan Flavors, including Marketing and Sales, and European Key Account Manager. Antoine holds an engineering degree in Food from ENSBANA, earned between 1978 and 1982.
