Justin Scherline

Justin Scherline is an experienced leasing specialist currently employed at Rose Associates since January 2022. Previously, Scherline served as a leasing agent at The Brodsky Organization from October 2015 to July 2021 and worked as a real estate salesperson for Bold New York from January 2013 to May 2014. As the co-founder of Eastside Marketing Group from April 2009 to January 2015, Scherline managed a team, oversaw marketing efforts, and coordinated numerous social events, while also handling financial budgeting and client relations. Earlier career roles included account executive at Blue Star Jets and sales assistant at Churchill Corporate Services, focusing on client relations and property rentals. Scherline holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Hartford, obtained in 2007.
