Jill Barnard

Jill Barnard serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Rosewood Care Group since November 2024, bringing extensive experience in financial management within not-for-profit and corporate sectors. Previously, Jill held the position of Finance Director at BestStart from March 2019 to November 2024, where rapid advancement from Finance Manager to Finance Director occurred within six months. Earlier roles include Chief Financial Officer at One Foundation, Financial Manager at Mercor Trading Pty Ltd, and National Finance Manager for Oakley International's African subsidiary, amongst others. Jill holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science from the University of South Africa and has pursued various professional development courses, including certifications from CPA Australia and the University of Auckland focusing on business administration and management, strategic business partnering, and project management.
