Desmond Tam

Desmond Tam is a seasoned professional in reward management and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Reward for Rosewood Hotel Group since September 2022. Previously, Desmond held multiple positions at DFS Group Limited from April 2018 to August 2022, including Director of Total Rewards and Senior Reward Manager, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing global reward strategies for a network of luxury retail locations. Desmond's career also includes a role as Group Reward Analyst at The Dairy Farm Group, where Desmond developed reward frameworks across multiple territories, in addition to earlier experiences in project management and market research. Desmond holds a Master of Philosophy in Management from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics, Economics & Finance from UCL.
