Alex Burchakov

Alex Burchakov has over 25 years of work experience. Alex began their career at Ungvar in 1996 as an Assembler and Technical Executive. In 2001, they joined BioLink Technologies as a Technical Support Engineer. In 2003, they moved to ID Solutions as a Technical Systems Engineer/Analyst. From 2004 to 2008, they worked at Roilsoft as the Head of the Fuel Supplying Process Control Systems Department and then as the Head of the Software Development Department. In 2008, they joined RN-Inform as the Head of the Software Development Department and Project Manager. Since 2011, they have been working at Rosneft, where they started as the Deputy Head of the Process Control Systems Division and is currently leading the Downstream Process Control Systems Division.

Alex Burchakov has a diverse education history. In 1994, they earned a degree in Microelectronics and Semiconductor Devices from The Moscow Institute of Radio Engineering Electronics and Automation. In 2005, they became a Certified Professional in SCADA Wonderware InTouch from PLC Systems Inc. In 2006, they received a Certificate in Project Management With Microsoft Project 2003 from SoftLine Education Ltd., specifically in both individual and corporate scales. In 2010, Alex obtained various certificates from IT Expert and PM Expert, including ITIL v.3 Foundation, Business processes definition, formalization and optimization, ANSI PMI PMBOK 4-th Edition (2008) Basic, Project HR Management in PMI PMBOK, Portfolio Management, Project Scheduling And Cost Control, and Recovering Troubled Projects from respective institutions.
