Kelly McDougald

Kelly McDougald is an accomplished CEO, Board Director and business advisor. Kelly’s cross functional leadership experience spans more than 25 years in senior executive positions across at Nortel Networks and Bell Canada, as CEO of Ontario Lottery and Gaming (OLG), and as Managing Director of Knightsbridge Human Capital Solutions. Today Kelly acts as an Executive Advisor with the Business Development Bank of Canada assisting high impact, entrepreneurial organizations to grow their businesses. She also currently serves as a Board Director, Board Advisor and CEO coach and mentor.

Kelly has served as a Board Director, committee member and/or Board Chair across numerous organizations including: Allstate Canada, The Interprovincial Lottery Corporation, Career Star Group, and the Toronto Board of Trade. Currently she also serves on the Advisory Board of Optimum Talent and as Chair of the Clifton Foundation. She is a Director in Residence for Women Get on Board and an active member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D).
