Aoife MacGillycuddy is a seasoned professional in the private equity sector with a strong background in talent acquisition and network management. Currently serving as a Network Associate at Rothschild & Co within the Five Arrows Corporate Private Equity division, Aoife contributes to managing over €24 billion in global assets across various private equity strategies. Previously, Aoife held the position of Talent Associate at PAI Partners, a prominent European private equity firm, and worked as an Associate at Skillcapital, providing consultancy and executive search services to top-tier private equity funds in Europe and the US. Aoife holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Trinity College Dublin, earned from 2015 to 2019.
