Max Dewez

Max Dewez has extensive experience in corporate and investment banking, currently serving as a Director at Hg since July 2019. Additionally, Max holds board member positions at Riskalyze and Mitratech since 2021 and 2019, respectively, and was a board member at Republic Finance from December 2017 to June 2019. Prior to these roles, Max was a Director at CVC Capital Partners from February 2013 to June 2019 and an Analyst at Deutsche Bank from June 2011 to January 2013, having previously completed a summer analyst position with the same bank in 2010 and a summer internship at the Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe in 2009. Max holds a BScE in Finance from The Wharton School and a BA in International Studies with a minor in French from the University of Pennsylvania (both from 2007 to 2011) and completed education at Eton College from 2001 to 2006.
