Jenny Ming

Jenny Ming is the current director at Rothy's. Jenny has also held positions at Affirm, Inc., Poshmark, Paper Source, Levi Strauss & Co., Charlotte Russe, Kaiser Permanente, and Old Navy. Jenny Ming has been in the fashion industry for over 30 years. Jenny started their career at Gap in 1986 as a VP, DMM, Merchandise Manager. Jenny then co-founded Old Navy in 1993 and served as its President, EVP, and SVP until 2006. From 2006 to 2014, they were a board member of Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc. and Hospitals. In 2010, they became the President & CEO of Charlotte Russe and held that position until 2019. Jenny Ming has been a member of the board of directors at Paper Source since 2016.

Jenny Ming graduated from San Jose State University with a BA in Fashion Merchandising/Marketing. Jenny was the Commencement Speaker in 2012 and received an Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from the school.
