Brett Pawlowski

Brett Pawlowski is an experienced leader in workforce development and education partnerships, currently serving as President of Roundhouse Partnership Solutions since January 2025. Previously, Pawlowski held the Director of Workforce Development position at YouScience from October 2022 to December 2024, where strategies were developed to engage various stakeholders in career exploration for secondary-level students. As Executive Vice President and co-founder of the National Center for College and Career Transitions from August 2011 to October 2022, Pawlowski focused on creating pathways for young people into appropriate career paths. Leadership roles also included serving as President of DeHavilland Associates and Vice President of Strategic Services at Topics Education. Pawlowski has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Wake Forest University, earned in 1989.
