Colleen Coulter

Colleen Coulter is currently serving as Senior Vice President of Customer Success and Experience at Route since July 2023. Prior to this role, Colleen held several key positions at Meta from August 2013 to July 2023, including Senior Director of Sales, where the focus was on partnering with major travel companies to enhance their performance through strategic business solutions. She was also the Chief of Staff to the Chief Revenue Officer, where contributions included driving significant revenue growth and improving operational efficiencies. Earlier experience includes a consulting role at The Boston Consulting Group from 2008 to July 2011. Colleen holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
