Steven Roy

Steven Roy is an experienced professional in organizational behavior and growth strategy, currently serving as Director of Rovin Ventures at Rovin Capital since January 2022. Prior to this role, Steven founded and presided over Roy Consulting, LLC from March 2005 to January 2022, specializing as a personal and organizational change agent. Steven holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Behavior and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from Brigham Young University.
